Since 2015, he has advised hundreds of digital asset companies, financial institutions, and policymakers on cryptocurrency regulation, anti-money laundering compliance, cybersecurity, and consumer protection. Joe also serves as Executive Director of the California Blockchain Advocacy Coalition, where he has testified before the California Senate and Assembly and has been actively involved in shaping digital asset legislation and regulatory policy in California.
