Funny Business
Jan 16, 2020 12:00 PM
OUR SPEAKER AT THE JANUARY 16 ROTARY MEETING IS JOHN LEES…
John Lees is from the UK and then lived and worked for many years in Australia…and then moved to the US 5 years ago to perform consulting work for an organization and its customers. John and his wife live in Sun City and because John is semi-retired and also still involved in helping businesses to succeed…at our January 16 meeting he will talk about two topics: How to grow old rather than to just get old…and how to out-perform competitors in business. John has written 13 books on business and injects much humor into his presentations…and he is looking forward to being at our meeting. Have a look at this YouTube clip of John speaking at an after dinner function in Sydney a few years ago…just to give you a taste of him in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGLLCap1bZw Guests are welcome. |

Meeting Cancelled - Activities at Chapala (Mexico) Rotary
Mar 19, 2020
Lincoln Rotary has done several projects with the Chapala Sunrise Rotary Club. Currently we are contributing to their Ojo de Agua project. Ojo de Agua is a small village with 300 residents in 90 homes. They did not have enough water for daily use throughout the year. A spring supplies the village but they did not have enough storage to hold the water produced during the rainy season. The Chapala Sunrise Rotary Club is helping this village with their water issues as a major club project. The club built a holding tank as Phase 1 of the water project and is now on Phase 2. |
