MRF

The Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) assists Placer County jurisdictions with achieving state mandated waste diversion goals while achieving an economy of scale for material diversion and providing uniformity in waste diversion and recycling programs. The MRF was designed and is operated to: 1) recover recyclable materials from mixed waste; 2) process green and wood wastes for composting or biomass; 3) receive and process source-separated recyclables, and 4) provide for receipt and recycling/disposal of HHW. Materials not recovered via MRF processing are disposed in the Western Regional Sanitary Landfill.

Lincoln Community Theatre

Jun 01, 2023 12:00 PM

“The Lincoln Theatre Company (LTC) provides professional quality theater for the diverse and growing community of Lincoln. Lincoln has an historic downtown, growing family communities and an active adult retirement population. LTC’s mission includes providing entertainment geared to our audience for residents of Lincoln and neighboring communities in western Placer County.

We have demonstrated the ability to present successful programming in a fiscally responsible way. We have received grants and donations from corporate donors such as A.T.&T., the U.S.Bank Foundation, Frayji Design Group, Cornerstone Insurance, the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, Lincoln Community Foundation, the Lincoln Hills Foundation, Placer County, the Lincoln Rotary Foundation, Arts Council of Placer County and Lions Club, several of which have been renewed their support more than once. Many members of our community contribute to our success. Your financial support is respectfully requested to permit us to continue our mission.”
