Rotarian Joe Ciccolo is the Founder and President of BitAML, one of the first cryptocurrency compliance advisory firms in the United States. Since 2015, he has advised hundreds of digital asset companies, financial institutions, and policymakers on cryptocurrency regulation, anti-money laundering compliance, cybersecurity, and consumer protection. Joe also serves as Executive Director of the California Blockchain Advocacy Coalition, where he has testified before the California Senate and Assembly and has been actively involved in shaping digital asset legislation and regulatory policy in California. |

Marissa serves as the Health Education Supervisor for the Office of Community Outreach and Engagement. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and Master of Public Health from UC Davis. In addition to her expertise in cancer prevention and screening efforts in the community, she has extensive experience in tobacco prevention policy and education. Originally from Sonoma County, she has called Sacramento home since 20818.
