Clerk-Recorder and Registrar of Voters

In 2016, Ryan was unanimously appointed by the Placer County Board of Supervisors to the position of Clerk-Recorder and Registrar of Voters. He currently serves as Vice President for the California Association of Clerks and Elections Officials. He also serves as co-chair of the Association’s legislation committee. In addition, he has been active on the legislation committee for the County Recorder’s Association of California and many subcommittees for both organizations.
