Anton Garcia is the Vice President of Asset Management for Taylor Builders. Mr. Garcia engages in forward planning, entitlement and asset management for projects located in Northern California. He is responsible for Taylor Builders’ ground-up entitlement projects, which require a multitude of local government, state, and federal approvals.
