Leading the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency is Executive Director, Mike Luken. Mike comes to PCTPA with more than 20 years of experience in local government. Most recently, Mike served as the Deputy Director of the Yolo County Transportation District. Mike has also worked in transportation planning and economic development for the Cities of West Sacramento and Sacramento, Yolo County, and as the Director of the Port of West Sacramento. M
