2015 5_14 Check to Emmaus for Youth Center

 

 

At our May 14th meeting, we presented a check for $5,000 to Emmaus Church Community.  Nate Oats and Sandie Haskins accepted the check and said that this will enable them to get the matching grant that will start the Youth Center in August.  They already have the facility at 420 Lincoln Blvd essentially furnished and the Axiom sign is on the door.  See their website www.TheAxiom. Axiom means "an assumed truth" and this is that the kids of this community matter.
