Lincoln High School Students Ali Larimi and Madysen Whitehead were awarded scholarships for Tech/Vocational, Emma and Paige Couvrette , Arthur Galvin and Mariza Lopez for Community Service, and Brienna Dallas and Issac Fernandez were awarded Outstanding Class Seniors. 

Greg promoted Donna and Louie Martin from Red-Badge to Blue badge. Donna and her sister Darlene are shown here. Lindsey reported that the Taste of Mexico provided about $5,300 for the Hub. The event was very well attended and the majority of folks really enjoyed the evening. (Richard provided some photos of the evening that are posted with the meeting photos. Truman reported the Camp Clay Day was attended by about 200 kids excited to get dirty while having fun. About 10+ members participated in the event. Joann said the Salt Mine had 5  club volunteers and they were very busy. Greg reminded the club of the awards evening June 9th from 6-8 PM at Safety Town.

   Kimberly introduced speaker Steve Reed, an Honor Flight Ambassador. The Honor Flight Network is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to showing the nation's veterans the appreciation and honor they deserve by bringing them, at no cost to the veterans, to Washington , D.C. to visit the memorials that commemorate their service and sacrifice.
