Kim opened the meeting of about 30 members and guests with the Flag Salute led by David B and the Four-Way test led by Clark.

  Kim announced the donation of $258.00 to 12 Bridges Interact Club for their service providing 70+ rocks in memory of the  Route 61 Harvest Music Concert at Mandalay Bay Resort in October 2017. More information from Kim:

Maria Ocuman (Interact President x 3 years), and Clara Williams (Leadership President) from Twelve Bridges High School shared their experience at Camp RYLA this past June. Their report reminded club members of why each year we strive to send students to RYLA. They covered the activities that increased their self confidence such as the Ropes Course, Swing Dancing, and Trusting Exercises.

    

Rotarians Greg, Sara and her  mother, Kim, Truman and Joann worked  to gather up 4,000 pounds (yikes 2 ton!!) of trash for the Auburn Ravin. Joann emphasized that this trash was NOT from the homeless population but was dumped off Joiner by families.
