Speaker: Darrell Scott reporting on the LLC Dart Properties.
Given that the Dart Properties and how the club is financially handling this project is confidential within the club, I am not including that information The following is taken from Darrell's Slide presentation: "As a review the club took Title May 5, 2021 of Six single Family Rental House, Six Vacant Lots (+5 for total of 11) Forty Acre Ranch and small amount of CCC Stock.
Mr. Darts Vision: Keep the houses as rental properties and build houses on the undeveloped lots that would be used as rental properties. Providing Continuity of Income for our club."
The LRC Properties committee has spent an enormous amount of time following the wishes of Mr. Dart.
Speaker- Bill Alston with Part 2 of his Climate Discussion
Jan introduced Bill and reminded us of his many amazing accomplishments. Bill then briefly reviewed the science behind global warning and why it is a concern for many scientists. He explained how Hurricane's and Tornados form and why in a very understandable way. He discussed the effect on the oceans and that weather in the Pacific also affects the Atlantic Ocean.
If you missed this opportunity to hear Bill explain science you missed a very informative opportunity.
