Guest Speaker 1-22-26
Guest Speaker, Rachel Wesp, vice chair of the Placer Justice Foundation, explained that their mission is the strengthening of community safety through justice, prevention, and healing. The foundation focuses on seniors and children and provides access to resources that the Placer County D.A. might not have available. The 3 main programs are: 1. Placer Protect: protects seniors from fraud and abuse, 2. SART: Special Assault Response Team. A coordinated survivor centered response, including law enforcement, medical care, and advocacy.  3. Children and survivors: trauma informed child interviews focused on counseling and recovery support.
How can Rotary help: financial, advocacy and awareness, and community leadership.
The Four-Way Test
           The Four-Way Test
Of the things we think, say or do:
   1. Is it the truth?
   2. Is it fair to all concerned?
   3. Will it build goodwill and
         better friendships?
   4. Will it be beneficial
        to all concerned?
