As we end another Rotary year, it’s a convention to highlight some of our major club accomplishments. What we have done this past year is to continue what our club has been doing for the past 90 years — making Lincoln a better community for us all. We’ve had a good year. It’s our pleasure to serve this community.

Community Service:
Distributed food with Placer Food Bank to Lincoln’s people-in-need
Conducted four Lincoln Community Blood Drives
plus three Platelet Drives (best attendance ever)
Assisted with crowd control for the Lincoln AirFest at Lincoln Airport
Supported Lincoln Firemen Annual Turkey Drive
Collected toiletries/supplies for homeless
Hosted the fifth annual Lincoln Wine Fest
promoting Lincoln and Placer County wineries
Staffed several Rotary Work Days at Salt Mine
Staffed Placer County Food Distribution at Post Office
Ran Tour de Lincoln rest stop at Ophir Road
Provided Relay for Life Breakfast
Food collection for Salt Mine at Club meetings (several)
