During committee report time, Darrell, Membership Chair apologized to the Club for not getting the results of the December 6th membership program out in a timely manner !!  Seems he put the very positive results into draft form and failed to push the "send" key.  Art offered to train him on how to hit the send key!!   So finally, the delightful results:  Great membership participation at the December 6th meeting !!   Seventeen new prospective members identified and 58, yes 58, suggested places to prospect for new members !!   Outstanding results.  Many thanks to all that participated !!  The 2019 membership drive is officially launched !!  

 

With these 17 new prospective members combined with our prior efforts, the Membership Committee now has 98 people that we plan to contact at this time!!  Committee members are putting in overtime hours and getting paid twice as much as before!  The fun has just begun!!   The Committee totally welcomes every member of the Club to be part of this exciting effort as we work to have a net gain of 12 members in President Caron's year.   It's fun, it's meaningful and we can and will make it happen as we extend a very personal invitation to members of the Lincoln business and professional community.  We offer prospective members the wonderful gift of Rotary -- to be part of the best service club organization in the world and to be part of making the world a better place for everyone !!
